3. Availability & Response Time

  • Standard Support Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (IST)
  • Response Time: We aim to respond to all queries within 24–48 business hours.
  • Priority Support: Faster response times may be available for premium/enterprise contracts as per agreement.

4. Resolution Time

  • Minor issues: 1–2 business days
  • Medium-level issues: 3–5 business days
  • Complex issues: Timeline agreed upon after initial assessment

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate details of the issue (screenshots, error messages, logs, etc.)
  • Ensure active cooperation during troubleshooting
  • Maintain backups and necessary access permissions if required

6. Limitations of Support

  • Support does not guarantee immediate resolution.
  • We are not responsible for downtime, delays, or losses caused by third-party services (hosting providers, APIs, etc.).
  • Unreasonable or abusive behavior towards support staff may result in termination of support services.

7. Escalation Process

If your issue is not resolved within the stated timeframe, you can escalate it by contacting our management directly at info@datawaves.in with the subject line “Escalation Request.”
